Hello! My name is Stephanie. I’m the mom to five kids, three boys and two girls. When I first started my journey with my missionary, I realized the huge part a supportive community can play for families of missionaries and missionaries themselves. I also discovered that it can be difficult to piece together all of the temporal, emotional and even spiritual things that our missionaries and missionary families need as we go through this experience.
As a journalist and researcher, I saw an opportunity to contribute and support others and Missionary Square was born! Think of it like a town square for missionaries and their families. We will come together and share all of the good and helpful things we have learned and support each other!
I want this website and community to be a place where you can find all of the information you need to prepare your missionary in every way possible. The amount of missions and the variety of people, land and culture make this a difficult job…but I will do my best to create a safe place with valuable information for you.
My goals with Missionary Square are threefold:

I feel that if we are properly prepared and supported as missionary families, we can in turn, strengthen and succor our missionaries and share the gospel…not only through the missionary serving but also through our example as missionary parents and families.
